How to make it -
It's not rocket science, and MS Office is user-friendly software, so you can certainly research, read, and learn from the MS Office PowerPoint system with a little patience. The presentation you want to make is of what type? You can use pictures, colors, backgrounds, styles, fonts, effects, animations, sounds, etc., as you want. If you don't want, then you may not use it too. Some topics are better without pictures, text, colors, or effects as well.
How to download pictures:
For this, your attitude should be that of a Research and Development person. I generally do it by a lot of surfing on Google and other search engines. You can use images from Google and get all types of images you want. Try reading and accessing some links/sites which appear on other search engines as well, but this requires a lot of patience and a research attitude. From my experience, I can tell you that if you have it, you would certainly get amazing pictures and messages. Try to learn to amend/edit pictures too, like Paint, JPG, BMP, Picture Manager, ZIP, etc. You need to ask our IT friends and also use a trial-error approach.
How to give different effects on the opening of each page, etc.:
This, again, you would get in MS Office PowerPoint. There are so many things you can do in it, like custom animations, slide format, designs, effects, etc.
