Hi Hitesh,

Use F1 in Excel to learn more. Every function in Lookup & References is explained neatly with examples in Excel 2007. I'm attaching a sample I tried. It was actually an interview question asked by an HR Manager.

What function will you use to extract the Blood group of an employee from the Master file to another file by comparing the EMP ID of both files? VLOOKUP.

Try some more samples... Good luck...

Interview Question

Basic questions you ask them. This is the first thing to learn for interview questions.

For example:

Hi, what is your good name?
What is your family background?
What is your qualification?
Or, tell me about yourself.
What do you know about HR?
What is your specialization in HR?
