Hi Members!

I have seen a lot of requests posted for sharing a PF return software. As Mr. Chandrashekhar pointed out, there is nothing available for free download. One can buy a genuine payroll software that they can use and upgrade from time to time. The ones available for free are only trial versions and last only for a 7-15 day duration. Therefore, if payroll is genuinely a problem in your organization, then go in for software or outsource the same.

Hi all,

The EPF Department has not yet launched any e-filing system. They have only provided all the required formats on their website [EPFO](http://epfindia.com). Alternatively, individuals can visit the department, obtain the necessary form, fill it out, and submit it to the department for settlement. The department is obligated to process the claim form within 30 days of submission. If there is a delay, individuals have the option to escalate the issue to the PF Commissioner directly.

For further clarification, you may contact me at [indolegal1@gmail.com](EMAIL="indolegal1@gmail.com").

Thank you.

Hi friends,

I am from a manufacturing unit in Pune, and our records have been recently shifted to the new PF regional office in PCMC. Besides the expected mess, now the PF authorities have made it compulsory to file 3A & 6A in their new software either we give them CDs or file online. Our existing Excel data can be converted to the new software; however, I am foxed with the headings mentioned. The concerned officers do not bother to answer the phones, and it is really inconvenient to keep popping into their office. Can anyone explain to me the headings in this new software?

Thanks 😕

Hi Padma,

There is no software that generates only a PF report. PF is part of payroll, and hence the payroll processing unit takes care of PF and ESI statutory reports. We are using "MetaSoft Payroll Software" which generates salary general reports, PF and ESI statutory reports, along with FORM16 and quarterly e-return. I think it will solve your query. The link to reach them is .

Dear Sir,

The department has asked to submit the annual returns on the CD. The data to be submitted should be in their software only, from which we need to take it on a CD and submit it to the PF office. Please guide me if the software download is available on the net.

Thanks,
Mrunal

Hi, Mr. esskae59,

You attached the file form3a20. It's not a complete version regarding PF. No one knows how to use the Form 3A data entry. It does not provide full results about PF returns. Anyway, keep attaching. Thank you.
