Totally fake...as kiranair said present days & total days in a month should be mentioned on salary slips with company logo, pf no, emp. code. etc.

Appears to be fake; some important points:

1. As mentioned by others, attendance details are missing.
2. Employee number has not been mentioned.
3. Loan deduction is exceptionally high at 75% of basic pay.
4. It is normal to mention designation, and even department, on the pay-slip.
5. Reputed companies normally use logos on pay-slips.

That's my thinking :-)

Hi Mosi,

I hope you have closed this case as a FALSE salary slip. As our team mentioned, it is a 100% FAKE salary slip. I hope you are aware that the company in question is registered under "Japan Air Lines Co. LTD.," as indicated in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs website (WWW.MCA.gov.in) link: http://www.mca.gov.in/DCAPortalWeb/dca/CompanyNameSRAction.do. However, on the salary slip, it is stated as 'Japan Air Lines International Co. Ltd.' This inconsistency allows us to take action against this individual.

Best Regards,
Suresh Kovvuri.

Dear Mosi,

Certain companies do not have the practice of giving salary slips. Just because employees demand, they have no choice but to issue a salary slip that is created with no basic knowledge of salary structuring. I believe their concept is - as long as you get the salary, why worry about the salary slip.

So, try talking to the HR department and let them know that the structuring looks different. If they are people with no knowledge of salary structuring, you will get to know it by the way they handle the issue.

Also, if this is a salary slip submitted by a candidate during an interview - please call the HR and confirm the salary details. You may want to make a call and say that you are from a bank and wanted to confirm the salary details - and take the conversation forward. I have tried this - it worked :-) and found out when someone faked their salary slip while attending an interview.

Thanks,

The easiest and simplest way to verify is to check with the company - just like how we do reference checks, you should also conduct a salary check. I recall a case where an employee who was receiving a package of Rs. 4 lakhs provided fake documents showing 11 lakhs! Therefore, it is crucial to verify with the airline company.
