The above posts on QWE clearly show that most of you have not bothered to read all the messages in this string or search CiteHR to see if anyone has answered similar queries. To save you the trouble, I have copied messages that I posted yesterday on another string with similar requests.
Kindly give me more details about yourself and where you are studying for what, and whether you have access to an organization and, if so, which one, etc. I might be able to help you. Also, please see my posts at CiteHR on this very topic. I might have posted it about a year ago.
If you are prepared to work hard, I will certainly help you. I am already helping a few who are on the verge of submitting their projects on other topics.

This is a good article, and if you write to the corresponding author, he might send his questionnaire.
You can search the web for more papers by using search terms "QOWL + questionnaires".
Also, let me know how you are going to select the people for distributing the questionnaire.

Hello Anukriti and Vidya,
Please do not request finished projects, theses, or questionnaires on this forum without providing enough information. Instead of asking for a completed project, please search CiteHr where some projects are attached. Then, do a literature survey and formulate your aim and objectives for the research (in consultation with the host organization). You also need a conceptual framework for that. Decide what hypotheses you want to test.
If you have not done any of the above essential preparations for conducting a project, I would advise you to please do so and then pose a precise question.

The Promise Foundation and the International Association for Educational and Vocational Guidance (IAEVG) are holding the next International Conference on guidance and counselling on 8th, 9th, and 10th October 2010, at the NIMHANS Convention Centre in Bangalore, India.
The IAEVG is an international network of guidance professionals with an active membership of more than 16,000 members. The Promise Foundation is an Indian charity that has been involved in career guidance in India for the last 15 years. The Jiva Project is one of the Foundation's latest initiatives focused on culture resonant career services for Indian young people.
