How are they selling the garments now? Do they use other methods in addition to direct marketing? The SWOT analysis of the organization encompasses marketing and is more comprehensive as it includes all other functions.

If you are considering a marketing project, you can conduct a customer survey at all five shops to see if there are any differences between them. If differences exist, identify them and determine the reasons behind their existence. Then, consider what can be done to bring the poorer shops up to the level of the top-ranking shop. You should analyze both the product and service aspects.

You need to conduct a literature survey and decide on the aim and objectives, etc. Please see my posts on Research Methodology and MBA Projects. Use the keywords from your query and search both CiteHr and the web for models and suitably alter the questionnaire. Draft a questionnaire and then attach it here to get feedback.
