Very true. One should not be loyal to a company (unless it is a Public Sector Company) but to one's own profession and professionalism.

If one wants to be loyal to a Pvt co., then it should be the kind which STANDS BY its employees during times of crisis; rather than dumping their employees at the first whiff of rumors of an impending recession.

Very relevant and useful PPT. Truth may be bitter.

Thanks and regards.

Dear Anil,

You are absolutely right. Only the professional people can think and do so. This is the private sector; the company will love you until you are fulfilling the requirements of the company. Good one, keep it up!

Excellent!

It's really true. While reading this, I felt it's the same story of mine. I was loyal to my company in every manner and waited years after years for a better upgrade, when they would judge my skills and capabilities, but all in vain.

Regards,
Mitali
