Dear all,

I have been working in HR for a while and have recently graduated from an HRM certificate program. I have come across a very interesting case study material that I would like to seek opinions from senior professionals, particularly on the case study of General Motors: Packard Electric Division. The Case Study Handbook is an excellent book that includes various cases.

I am eager to hear your opinions as I believe that what I have analyzed may not be on par with the insights that experienced HR seniors can provide. Your time and opinions are greatly appreciated.

Best regards

I forgot to attach the questions of this decision-making case study:

1. What is the recommended decision (position statement)?
2. Decision options.
3. Decision criteria.
4. Proof of recommended options.

I hope to get an answer for it as soon as possible.

Very late answer.

Too complex to understand and too much reading required to get to the problem understanding, hence no answers. If you can simplify this question, then you can hope to get some answer.
