Dear Mr. Sai,
Even I have the same question now. I have completed MBA (HR) and have 2 years of work experience in the fields of recruitment, training, performance management, grievance handling of 100 people (includes factory, godown). My organization has 6 departments - Marketing, Accounts, IT, Service, Dispatch, Media, and all matters for final decision-making come to me. Along with this, I have to think about the developmental areas for new innovations in the system/process.
So now, I would like to know where I can pursue a PhD. Please help as I need to start the process as soon as possible.

Dear Moona,
Thanks for your suggestion. I was actually skeptical about the topic "Graphology". In fact, in my 2nd year of MBA, I did my research project on Graphology.
I feel this topic is unexplored and needs more awareness. I feel I would be able to do justice to this.
Dear Ukmitra,
Thanks for your motivating words. I am hesitating because I am not able to find any Indian company that uses Graphology as a tool. In a Ph.D., you have to do the research work in the context of a company or firm. I feel this is absurd. If nobody is aware, how would they be using this tool, and I can't do research because nobody is using it.
Dear Dr. Sai,
I have sent you a message and will mail you soon with all the relevant details. Please check your message inbox.
I also extend my sincere thanks to the other members for their suggestions. Thanks to all of you!
Best regards.

Hello Iftikf,
I have gone through the whole post and I feel that you should go ahead and do research work in this particular topic. After all, research should be done in the field where it needs to be. Since this is an unexplored field, you should create more awareness by conducting research....
