Statutory accounts for a normal Sdn Bhd refer to financial statements (F.S.) for the relevant year ended, which comprise the balance sheet, income statement (profit & loss / P&L), directors' report, and statutory declaration by a director/person responsible for the F.S.
Under MASB, F.S. comprise the balance sheet, P&L, cash flow statement, statement of changes in equity, and notes to the F.S.
