My name is Nithya, and I am currently working as an HR Executive. I have an MBA in HR and am planning to continue my studies in Masters in Business Law (MBL). However, I am a little confused about the same. I am sure all your feedback will help me decide better. I would be grateful to you if you could spare a few minutes of your time to help me make a choice.

Hi,
I hope you are ready to pursue any course. Consider doing SAP-HR. Enroll in Siemens/Genovate for the course and certification. Certification is essential to thrive in this competitive environment. Opt for the Online Training (OLT) for this course, which costs 1.65 lakh. I am planning to start this course next month. If you have any more queries, feel free to ask. Keep striving!

Hi Nitya,
First of all, decide on your career plan and plan accordingly. Generally, in HR, legal matters are limited, and even if you go for MBL, it will be difficult for you to address all specific issues. For this reason, you would need a legal advisor or consultant; hence, it is better to go for SAP - HR, which will add value.
If you want to be a legal officer, then you should opt for MBL, which will be an added advantage for this profession.

Thank you very much for the details. I appreciate it.
But can you give me the future prospects of studying SAP HR?
How many months will the course require? How many hours a week?
As I am currently working, I cannot devote all my time to the course.

Hi Nithya,
SAP HR through OLT is 5 months / 200 hrs. There are no fixed timings; on the contrary, it has been designed for working professionals, so you can devote your own time. However, you have to complete the course within 5 months / 200 hrs. Additionally, you have to take up this course only at specified centers proposed by Siemens, Genovate, or any other SAP authorized entity.
The future prospects are very good; there are expected to be a good number of openings in the next 6 months to one year. Employers give first priority to certified candidates, so we have to be ready and equip ourselves. Any more queries?:icon1:....Keep rockin.....
