You can do cost-cutting by utilizing your manpower, providing effective training to your employees, promoting them to top positions, and you do not need to hire costly new managers. You should identify the training needs and take action accordingly. Keep a watch on employee performance and take action as per their needs; this way, you can improve productivity and reduce time spent on gossip, creating a pleasant environment for them. The selection of the right candidates in the right place is the prime responsibility of HR.
