Hi Namritha,

The PowerPoint presentation is colorful and nice, but the content is repetitive, as 99 percent of all trainers everywhere I encountered have the same thing. I guess we need to be more innovative. Nevertheless, I am sure you would come up with something better.

Cheers and good luck with the training content material you create in the future.

Hi Namritha,

One area you could work on is addressing the prevalent issues of empathy and patience. It is noticeable that 99 percent of the children on the floor, including both experienced individuals and newcomers, significantly lack these qualities. Taking the time to develop these traits can greatly benefit you; all it requires is some effort to sort out the details on your own.

I hope this helps.

Hi Namrita,

It's a wonderful PPT with most of the content required in telemarketing. An emphasis on "customer satisfaction and customer delight" can be brought in, case studies showing how constant quality checks can bring about change to be the best in the business. It's just my suggestion. All the best.

Amrit

Hi all CiteHR members,

CiteHR is providing and facilitating an excellent opportunity to share and learn HR issues. I am very excited to see such a vast pool of knowledge being shared by members. In my earlier 25 years of professional career, I did not have such an opportunity, which is abundantly available now to young HR professionals and students. Thanks once again.

Hi Namrita,

You seem to have done a good job in collating the facts. I think you need to work a bit more on the structuring of the ppt. For example, start with a story, relate it to participants, gauge them on their understanding of the topic you will deliver, then share facts and information, calibrate them, and finally end with a pledge.

Rajit

Hello Namrita,

Nice informative PowerPoint with the inclusion of animation. However, one observation: I have seen 8 bullet points on the slide with 6 Principles. I normally include a bibliography, being an academic.
