Hello and Hi,
We divided awards into 3 sections. Those who have completed 7 years are eligible for the NAVARATNA award, 4 - 7 years for the Dolphin award, and below 4 years for the Young Star award.
We first filtered the employees from the master list to clarify the eligibility criteria. The selection criteria were designed with the consideration that employees should have made extra and extraordinary contributions. Additionally, a secret ballot was held for the line managers to vote for the best employee of their team, which was then compared with the previously compiled list.
