Absenteeism Rate can be calculated by using the following formula
No of Man days worked
----------------------- *100= % Attendance .
Actual Working Days
100-% of attendance = rate of absenteeism
Eg: No of Man Days worked : 26
Actual Working days :31
So, 26/31 x 100 = 83.8% = Attendance
100 - 83.8 = 16 % = Rate of Absenteeism
