Hi!

The Safety Manual you have posted here is the "typical" manual that many safety engineers prepare for their employers.

I call this type of manual the "Safety Do's and Don'ts" Manual because it only contains the basic "work guidelines and procedures." However, it is not complete because it lacks the very critical aspects necessary in a Safety Manual, which are:

1. Safety Management System
2. Guidelines on Emergencies
3. Sanctions and Disciplinary Measures

Also, your manual failed to include the important dimensions in Safety Management, which are:

1. Workplace Inspection
2. Accident and Near Miss Investigations
3. Accident/Near Miss Investigation Reporting System

My company has a complete Safety Manual that we prepared for a big plant. This manual also includes a Table on Personal Protective Equipment prescribed by many Occupational Health & Safety Associations.

We sell our manual.

Your work on safety is really commendable. I would like to inquire with all my friends whether there is a speed limit set for the vehicles operating within the factory premises. If so, kindly provide me with the name of the Act and the specific speed limit.
