salary structure to emplyee friendly by taking income tax act into consideration.
now whcih level salary structure u want.for workmen salary structuring is not required much.for senior staffyou can divided like Basic,50% or 40% of it should be HRA,800 conveyance than LTA and upto rs15000 per year can be put in medical reimbrusment.
