I have recently joined as an HR Manager in a telecom company. The format for the leave card you have posted is very useful; however, I have a doubt about how to maintain it. Is a separate leave card required for each employee, or can we maintain records for all the employees on the same card? Additionally, I would like to ask, while calculating the number of days worked, whether I have to consider all the days, including offs and holidays or not. 🤔
Please help me, it's urgent!!! Many thanks in advance. :)
