Please help me out in solving the problem of paper usage. We are a career management company. We do a lot of visa processing and immigrations, so we have many walk-in customers. We have more than 50 employees working in this process. Each employee will have more than 100 clients a day, so our employees use many papers in this process. All our work is related to paper; we cannot live without it. All seniors, please help me out to solve this problem. Is there any format of Excel to maintain the track of the same? How to estimate the usage of paper and calculate the cost according to usage? Please help me out by giving your valuable tips or solutions.

In your case, a document management system can play a vital role. Through DMS, you can keep a scanned copy of a document, which can significantly reduce duplication of documents and lead to major cost-cutting.
