Actually, my HR is not telling me anything. She only said, "As you complete your project, show me, and you will get all the matter, literature, etc. from the bank's site and from the internet." Now, you tell me what should I do. I need help, so please, can anybody send me the format on which I should base it.

Rather than asking your HR what you should do, decide on what you want to do. Search CiteHR for what others have done and choose a topic that interests you. Do a literature survey. Read my posts on Research Methodology (where a PPT file is attached). Also refer to my posts that contain information about students' projects.
