Dear Seniors,
First of all, I would like to thank you for taking your precious time to read my thread. I worked in a small private company for a meager salary of Rs. 7000, and they paid me in cash every month. The company began deducting PF and ESI from the date I joined. Due to losses, the company closed two months ago. I repeatedly asked for my PF and ESI numbers, but they did not respond to my queries.
I had an opportunity to join an MNC, but they requested my payslip and information on PF and ESI, to which I explained that I did not have the numbers. Unfortunately, they refused to consider my explanation. Without a proper salary slip containing PF and ESI numbers, I cannot prove my previous salary to any prospective employer, especially MNCs who often require detailed documentation.
The company is now closed, and the owner has left without any contact information. A friend suggested the company may not have been registered. My family is facing a severe financial crisis, and I urgently need to secure a job in an MNC. However, with only a relieving order, I am unable to negotiate a suitable salary without the necessary documentation.
I can only secure a good salary in an MNC, but the lack of a proper payslip is hindering my prospects.
I am eagerly awaiting your gracious replies.
Have a good day.
