I like to add that, In short a presentation should comprise of 3 things...
1. At the begenning, Tell them (Audiance) what you are going to tell them. (Introduction)
2. Tell them (content)
3. at the end, Tell them what you told them (Conclusion)

It was a good read n very helpful. One thing I couldn't understand is 'Never read teh slides to the participants.' Cause when I don't read it I see participants reading it while I am on my way to explain the slide. Pls clarify, n let me know how to go about it.
