The CV is definitely lengthy. The candidate could simply mention headings like HRM, Recruitment & Selection, etc., instead of explaining each one in detail. These details can be elaborated on during a personal interview. A concise CV is what most people prefer, considering everyone is pressed for time.
I don't view it as a completely fabricated CV, as some candidates tend to exaggerate their experiences by claiming they handled numerous tasks in a short period. However, I do agree regarding the mismatch in location. His hobbies could be presented in a more refined manner.

Does not seem realistic.The person seems to be handling all functions related to HR which is not possible in a small duration.also it is too lengthy
