Your question is not clear. Do you require a format of salary to touch a CTC of Rs 2 lakh? If yes, please go through this site. There was a presentation on it with which you can get a salary structure of any amount of CTC you like. Sorry, being a person with a conventional approach towards wages, compensation, and benefits management, I do not follow the new generation tactics of CTC. Please go through this site itself; I am sure you will get it.

As you were asking about the components, the first component will be basic, which in general is considered to be between 45-50% of gross. The other main component is House Rent Allowance, which consists of 40-50% of basic. The rest of the components are Special Allowance, Conveyance Allowance, Performance Allowance, and Other Allowances. You can divide the rest of the amount among all these components.
CTC comprises all those things that the employer is bearing on your behalf, such as employer contributions in PF and ESIC. However, there are certain rules to consider. For instance, if anybody with a basic salary of 6500 or more can write an application stating that they do not require PF. In ESIC, if a person's gross salary is more than 10,000, then they are exempted from ESIC.
I am providing you with an attachment that will help you in clearing your doubts. I hope this information is helpful. If you need any further clarification, please let me know.

Sorry for the above. Please see the attachment and advise if the structure is correct.
I want to revise the CTC structure of employees as they are complaining about the tax liability because of the structure. I have talked to a CA, and according to them, it's fine. However, I have doubts about the PT part. Can we include PT under annual components of the CTC structure or not?
Please suggest...
