I was trying to go through the phrases, but I found that many are not phrases, but only words combined to form some meaning. I agree that phrases are also a combination of words, but give a clear meaning and link to some object, action, etc. Here, these were not found to be so. If I am wrong, please correct me.

I was once attending a programme where during tea break, availability of Infrastructure to support the growth of Industry in the Country came up for informal discussions. As it happens in such discussions, it got drifted towards availability of Roads & then to the growth of Automobile Sector.
Heated arguments got started between the two participants both from leading Automobile Manufacturing organisations, about the superiority of the ‘ignition’ technology they were using in their products. Being from an automobile manufacturing sector background, the arguments attracted my attention leading to my uninvited participation.
I could easily make out that the Technology being used by both the Organisations to which the participants belonged was essentially the same. But inspite of that, one Organisation was outperforming the other continuously & consistently holding a larger market share.
What was the difference?? Just give it a thoughtful analysis.
You are right. It was the ATTITUDE of the HUMAN CAPITAL employed by them which was driving the common Technology.
Just imagine the difference that will happen as a consequence of one person thinking about a problem being too big to handle & the other one thinking it to be too big to be missed out.
Isn’t it all about ATTITUDE !!!!!
With this in background, I have organised a one day Workshop titled :

Job evaluation is carried out based on job analysis, content, and nature of the job in comparison with similar jobs for categorization. It is not based on a market survey and management ability. The job is considered as a whole here and bifurcated into small components to establish a link with other parts. The role, responsibility, nature of the job, etc., are considered for role-job linkages. For incentives, the hardship and risk involved in the job are taken into account. I am not talking about production or performance incentives but incentives for hard work done. For example, employees working in an atomic reactor face constant risk and high levels of hardship. High-risk allowances and incentives are provided to them, besides their salary.
