IT companies do not entertain HR people from IT company into IT companies. Why is it so?

Because they have more brain (IT HR) than (ITES HR), so they (ITES HR) don't want to lose their share.

What is the role of an HR in ITes?

Simply recruit, use, and let them go with frustration. I have seen many people, especially in ITES, frustrated. Who is responsible for this: HR and top management. That is why every week papers are full of news for new posts. Why they couldn't able to fill their seats. The actual reason doesn't lie in the growth of the ITES sector, but people leave jobs and do not stay for long times.

Also would like to know, are evening colleges offering MBA-HRM?

Check this: [link outdated-removed] superb minds meeting under citeHR. Thank you, I have no mind, so don't mind. HR is the bridge between management and employees 😊

Q: How many kilometers long bridge do you think it is?

Dear Pramod,

Please find my remarks on your queries regarding the role of HR in the ITES industry.

The role of HR is very important and critical in the ITES industry. Contrary to your assumption, ITES companies actually prefer HR professionals from IT companies due to the high level of process orientation in IT companies.

In ITES, the role of HR extends beyond recruitment to encompass various functions such as employee relations, compensation and benefits including innovative incentives for outbound, inbound, and back office streams, fostering a fun work environment, motivation strategies, and performance management through the implementation of objective methods like assessment development centers. Additionally, HR teams often drive organizational development initiatives.

Regarding your query about evening colleges offering MBA in HRM, it is not considered worthwhile.

Best regards,
Bhonsley

This could be True. You have to got some exp in this area. Sam2075 don’t expect everything serious in my posts, sometimes I do fun, but that fun can contain some seriousness.
