Great sheet for yearly calculation. but it may not be used if people is using a software for salary but you may see the sheet which can be used for the time of recruitment to know the burden on company.

I am looking for software that can take care of both leave time management and salary calculation. With many workers, manual calculation becomes difficult. Can anyone suggest such software?

The calculation is wrong. The basic salary is 40% of Gross salary,the HRA is 40% of basic salary,
