Hello everybody. I am a new joiner and am currently working on an Attrition project. Could you please help me in developing a questionnaire to calculate the attrition rate of nurses in hospitals? Also, please provide me with a few tips on calculating the attrition rate.

Obviously, it is your HR practices that make people leave. I think you are in a hospital that treats patients in the same way one should treat employees, especially nurses. If something is bad, they leave their jobs because they find that there are plenty of job opportunities but the treatment is poor in your organization. India is in need of doctors and nurses due to the size of its population.
