Hi Anuradha,

You have not mentioned your current work profile. Could you provide details on the level at which you are working, the size of the company, and the industry you are in? Salary considerations will depend on these factors. Additionally, your educational qualifications will also be important in this context.

Regards,
Anuradha

Thank you for the prompt reply.

I have experience in Employee Relations and Talent Management with a marketing communication firm as a senior executive. Our total workforce consists of 50 employees, spread across 2 offices in South India.

In terms of education, I hold a PGDBA in HR from NIT.

I hope you now have the information you need. Please feel free to reach out if there is anything else you would like to know.

Thanks,
Kr

Hello friend,

Please check the company's profits and revenues. If it is running well, you can ask for a 30% increase on the current salary. This is the standard and minimum bargaining limit in the industry for a person with at least 5 years of experience. You can also request for allowances and other benefits.

In case the company is not ready to agree, you can exercise the option of bargaining for other allowances and benefits.

Warm regards.
