A new thing always faces resistance at first, most of the time. In this case, switching from Excel to an HRMS brought some resistance and challenges for us. Some of our team members were resistant at first due to unfamiliarity with the new system. We were able to overcome this by offering proper training and showing how it would simplify their tasks.
Initially, we automated payroll, attendance tracking, and leave management since they were time-consuming and error-prone in Excel. The platform Empxtrack helped us in automating these HR tasks. Once the team saw how much smoother and more accurate these processes became, the adoption improved significantly. The switch was worth it as it improved efficiency and compliance.
