I want to send an authorized letter to the university to inform them that my sister can sign for the documents and collect my degree certificate, as I am away from that place.
This is the subject... Can you please help me make corrections in the letter below?

This is to inform you that my sister, who is studying at your university, is the authorized signatory on my behalf to collect my degree certificate, as I am away from that place and need the certificate to apply for my further studies.

as far as I know no need for ur sister to take any letter, she can go directly after the convocation is over after some 10 days and tell that collect on ur behalf. they give to blood relations.

earlier she went their and asked for the certificate but they didnt gave bcoz they need authorised letter from me
