I recently received notification that my Background Verification (BGV) has been marked as failed. However, I would like to bring the following points to your attention and seek clarification regarding this outcome:

EPFO Service History:
While it was mentioned that my EPFO service history is not reflected, the details are correctly displayed in my EPFO passbook.

Project Payment Details:
For the six months I worked in [Company Name], where payments were made directly to my bank account, I have already provided the supporting bank statements as evidence.

Payslip Joining Date Issue:
In my current company, there was a discrepancy in the joining date on the payslips. However, the offer letter and experience letter both reflect the correct date. Additionally, my HR provided a confirmation email with the correct joining date as proof, which I have submitted.
I have submitted all the necessary documents and supporting evidence for the issues raised. Despite this, my BGV has been marked as failed.

I kindly request a review of my case and clarification on the exact reasons for the failure. If there are any additional documents or actions required from my side, please let me know, and I will address them promptly.
