Say if someone is applying for a software engineer job and they have included their relevant software engineering experience in resume and skip their totally irrelevant experience (say working as a civil engineer), is it acceptable or will it cause any issues like the employer interpreting it as hiding of facts, since all experiences would be shown in the UAN service history of the employee? Also if the employee skips an irrelevant experience in resume, can it be confidently excluded from BGV forms that the employer asks to fill?
