I got selected for a new job, but during the background verification, my NTS record was flagged as dual employment, leading to my rejection. I was employed at Altimetrik from January 2022 to December 2023. However, the NTS record shows both my date of joining (DOJ) and date of exit (DOE) as March 15, 2022, which falls in the middle of my tenure at Altimetrik.

I tried to get support from EPFO and NTS, but they cannot help me address this issue as this service record cannot be deleted. At most, they had already given a termination letter to me stating a valid reason: (as retained by the last employer, I got relieved from NTS service on 15th March).
However, my next employer is not accepting this justification and marked my BVG report as dual employment. This resulted in a loss of opportunity for me.
