Please share list of gazette national holidays and restricted holidays 2023. Also, I need to know minimum number of holidays employee must get.

Private companies - If it's a factory/warehouse, EL would be 15. If Shop & Establishment, PL would be 15 in a year. EL/PL can be encashed twice or as per the convenience of the HR Policy through Basic + DA (Most companies do not separate DA from Basic). Each gets credited after 20 working days or 5 leaves on 4-month completion.
CL & SL would be the same, i.e., 1 CL/SL would get credited after completing 30 days on a pro-rata basis, meaning 12 CL. No carry forward.
Public holidays will remain closed depending upon the scope of the job. If necessary for life, the company may open; otherwise, it will remain closed.
Restricted holiday means an employee can take two of all RH (it's flexible, not restricted actually).
