One of my friends was working as a freelancer for a reputed HR consulting service. As he started his career newly, he was unable to take job portal subscriptions. He was getting openings for all types of technologies but was mainly involved in the pure IT domain. He was receiving requirements for a minimum of 3+ years and a maximum of 10 years of experience, where he is facing difficulty in sourcing the profiles.
Could anyone help or advise in sourcing? Thank you.

Hi, You can ask the person to use linkedin and free job portals for sourcing. There are numerous free portal available in india where he can post the jobs and then find the profiles like in olx
