Hello, I am unable to solve this problem. Actually, one of our employees has passed away, and he did not register any nominee in his EPF account. Now, the problem is that there aren't any phone numbers in his Aadhar card, so that's why the link between PF and Aadhar has not yet been established. We have to settle his death claim offline. As per norms, legal heirs have to submit the Succession Certificate for the same. We are unable to provide them with the exact valuation of PF, so they are unable to generate any certificate from the court. The court is asking for valuation for stamp duty. Could you please guide us on how to solve this problem?

You should have Form 3A from the Department of Justice (DOJ), which will provide you with the total PF amount without interest. Additionally, if you contact the respective sections at the PF Office, they will be able to assist you with determining the total accumulated amount.
