Dear Seniors, if registration is for 20 persons in ESI and having more employees what will happen?

Employees monthly gross 21k or less must be covered under ESIC Scheme within 10 days of joining the organization. Failing the above it will be non compliance and other than contribution -penalty etc. will attract which will be unnecessary extra financial liability of the organization.
