I have always been reading or seen good suggestions here.

Need to have a format of 2 years of bond with the employee or candidate joining the company.

Note: The organization is a startup.

Suggestions are thankful in advance.

Your question is very vague. What type of bond do you require? Are you going to hire freshers and need a Training Agreement or Indemnity Bond applicable to experienced employees in the normal course?

General templates will not suffice. You need to be specific about your requirements.

Dear member,

Please approach a competent lawyer if you wish to have a legally foolproof agreement that enforces a lock-in agreement on the employees.

Those who are serious hire a lawyer, pay hefty fees, and get the agreement done. So those who have availed of paid services, why will they share free on the public forum?

The legal scrutiny of the content freely available on public forums is questionable. Why do you wish to rely on questionable content?
