Please guide me on how to contact the HR of a BPO for a recruitment proposal. I have around 2 years of experience in recruitment and recently started a new job in a placement company. Since I am doing well, I would now like to expand my connections and am willing to go for direct associations with BPOs (domestic and international). I would also like to recruit for IT companies. Kindly help me with the procedure of approaching the HR of these companies such as Concentric, Convergys, Accenture, etc., for the same.
Also, the payment slabs for the same. Would appreciate your suggestions and advice.
