Termination Case.

Working for 30 years... Can we fight if I sue the employer in court and we have proof that this was done purposefully by the management side? Also, they did not ask for resignation but terminated, thereby disgracing the employee. They are offering 3 months' salary, but I want to pursue legal action. Kindly advise.
