EPF Challan during COVID 19 - is there any modalities provided by EPFO and whether it is applicable from March-2020

As announced by the government, 24% (employer + employee) share will be borne/paid by the government for the next three months. Are there any modalities provided by EPFO, and is it applicable from March 2020 or something else?

Its starting from March 2020 and first we have upload ECR and validate after they are generating separate challans like eligible and non eligible UAN
