Dear Vasudha,
Subscriptions by way of contributions to the EPF are capped at 12% of the monthly threshold salary of Rs. 15,000 only in respect of Indian employees. However, there is no such cap in respect of International Workers. The contribution shall be based on the entire monthly salary. Thus, both the employer and the IW have to contribute more.
