If your father and mother hold a joint account with the bank, please submit a letter to the bank regarding their demise (death) along with their death certificates and also the legal heir certificate. In the case of any remaining balance in their bank account, upon submission of the legal heir certificate, the balance will be given to the legal heir(s).
If your father and mother hold separate bank accounts, please submit a separate letter for each account.
