outsourcing staff working in autonomous bodies leave rules

Sir, I am working as an office support staff through an outsourcing agency. Now, I want to know if the outsourcing staff gets leaves. If so, is there any official memo or order regarding this? Additionally, we are getting paid only for 26 days. I am looking forward to your kind reply as soon as possible.

If your employer's establishment is covered under the State Shops and Establishment Act/Rules, then you are entitled to minimum leaves as prescribed. Please check.
