Our one of the EPF member Date of Joining on 02/02/2018 he unfortunately died on 15/03/2019 and he submitted the Form- 2 Nomination declaration for the his father, mother, spouse at the time of date of joining but his wife get legal heir certificate and it mentioned only for his wife and his mother name. Hence, this case eligible for EPF monthly pension and if eligible means who are getting the pension spouse / his mother.
