As one of our ex-employees is trying to transfer his online PF fund to his current organization, where the organization has a PF Trust, he encountered an issue. He had previously transferred his fund from the last organization through an online process, and at that time, everything was accepted. However, his amount has not yet appeared in the current organization's PF statement. Additionally, the amount in the last PF passbook is showing as zero. He attempted to download Annexure K method from the employee's member portal but was unsuccessful. The message displayed that there are "NO exempted to unexempted PF transfer claims associated with the UAN." Please assist with resolving this issue.
