Once you have marked the exit date, only the PF authority has the right to change or edit the date. Therefore, if you need to correct a date, please do so on your company letterhead along with the UAN numbers of the employees. Submit that form to the EPFO EDP department.

This letter should be submitted to the PF Office SRO/RO, whichever is applicable, and a copy should be handed over to the particular section case worker to avoid any discrepancies.
