Hi guys kindly help me to rectify the following problem,
While we try to claim PF amount for one of our employee at initial stage Aadhar verified by UIDAI and the Aadhar linked with the UAN account. When we try to claim the amount at the final stage it sent the OTP for claim but showing the following reason "OTP verified but the data available against the UAN in system is not matching with the data available with UIDAI (AADHAAR)".
But we hadn’t make any correction on AAdhar. Kindly help me to find a solution for this issue.

Hi everyone,
I was facing the same issue as well. However, after contacting the EPFO Helpdesk, I was informed that there is a technical issue on their end, and hopefully, it will be resolved within a week. You don't need to make any changes or updates.
