I worked for 10 years for an organization that had an exempted PF trust. I quit on July 13th, joined another organization on July 16th, and quit after two weeks on July 31st to pursue a better opportunity. The first organization was Company X, and the second was Company Y.
I provided Company Y with my UAN, PF account number (from X), etc. However, when I checked the EPFO website, there was no statement available for either account. The reasons given were as follows:
For Company X: "Passbook not available to this Member-id as this pertains to an exempted establishment (i.e., Trust). Requested to contact your employer."
For Company Y: "Passbook not available."
This indicates that the company I joined did transfer my PF account, and both accounts are linked to my UAN as I can see two passbook links. When I try to make a "ONE MEMBER - ONE EPF ACCOUNT (TRANSFER REQUEST)" under "Online Services," it shows me details under "Details of the present account into which the transfer will be affected" with Company Y details, but I encounter an error stating:
"Online claim request cannot be processed as: Present employer has not made payment in your PF account."
What should I do in this case? How can I make this process smoother? Please help.

Dear sir,
I worked for 18 months at Bajaj Finserv Ltd. This company handled my PF form and payment. However, whenever I try to access my PF portal, I am unable to view my PF amount. This means my PF passbook is not accessible, and I cannot check the amount in my passbook. After leaving this company, I joined a new company, ICICI Bank, and provided the same PF UNA in this company for consolidation.
Now, when I try to open the PF portal, I encounter an issue. The online claim request cannot be processed due to the following reason: "Present employer has not made payment in your PF account."
Please assist me in understanding this situation and suggest any possible solutions.
Thank you.
